Gosh I forgot all about posting this one a few weeks ago. It's a great album from a great film. Cliff Robertson always struck me as a classy guy and the Oscars sure got it right when he won for Best Actor back in '68.
p.s. Today's the 27th of the month and this is my 27th share...I think this might be the month where I successfully post an lp a day!
Yet another fine actor leaves us. Cliff Robertson was the only actor to have won the Academy Award (Oscar), the Emmy Award (Best Actor, T.V.), and the Theater World Award (Stage), as well as the Advertising Age Award (Best T.V. Commercial). He was very effective as a creepy CIA boss in “Three Days of the Condor” opposite Robert Redford, and his “Obsession” for Geneviève Bujold remains a favourite of mine. RIP Cliff. I always liked him but after he blew the whistle on David Begelman I liked him even more. Thanks Rocket.
