This is a kids record aimed to tie-in with the Batman TV Show phenomena of the 60's...it was pretty banged up so I also included a slightly filtered version.
(For those who care about these kind of things...Hi GSW! I believe this illustration was done by 60's Batman artist extraordinaire Carmine Infantino w/ inks by Joe Geilla.)
I believe you're right. Infantino did the definitive silver age Flash, and Adam Strange was great art too. About the only other comic book artists who were his equals were Neal Adams and Curt Swan. (Swan being the definitive Superman artist.)
