This is a British pressing from 1969 and sounds great! A couple of the mixes are slightly different and pretty cool...personally I like this vinyl version better than the 2009 remastered one.
Thank you for sharing this album. I have been a fan of The Beatles ever since their first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show, back on Sunday February 9, 1964.
@ GSW - Stop what you're doing immediately!!! Rent the film! Smoke something illegal and take a trip to Pepperland! A good time is guaranteed for one and all...(Stage 3 is NOT really necessary...but it's still a fun experience.) I hope you dig the record. It's pretty gear don't you know?
@ Anonymous - That's one of my very first childhood memories (along with the Kennedy funeral procession and my Mom sobbing over it). I'll share some more Beatles stuff soon.
