Ahhhhh the sounds of an era! This album is from '64 and features a few of John Barry's classic movie themes...however most of the others are spy-esque tunes based off of Ian Fleming titles and have NOTHING what-so-ever to do with the subsequent movies w/ the same names.
To quote from another 60's spy: (said in my best Don Adams impersonation) 'Would you believe' one of the composers of said tunes is named James Bond!?'...How about Ernst Stavros Bloomfeld? ...Would you settle for the fact that his name has the letter 'M' in it? (okay okay enough at any attempts at 'Get Smart' humor)
