Here's another example of a wonderful score put out by a 'specialty/boutique label' back in the 70's w/ absolutely no sense of (or feel a need for) art direction...I wonder what was up with that? I guess it was only about the music with them. They DO have very nice liner notes though. oh well, like I said---at least the score is a lot of fun. (just a heads up...one track on side by has a bit of surface noise...probably a scratch...through a bit of it.)

@oscarjaffe - I just downloaded and didn't have any problems. Remember you have to open ALL of Rockets files via "absolute path" or it will fail. I use WinRAR to unpack.

Is there a problem with the file? I've tried to download it twice and both times decompression failed. :(
ReplyDeletehmmmm. I just tried it oscarjaffe and it opened fine but I use stuffit expander. have you tried that?
ReplyDeleteI downloaded it the same way I download all music files. I've never had a problem with mediafire before, but for some reason this won't work.

This is one of the scores Bernard Herrmann was lined up to compose in late 1975.
