There sure were some pretty crazy/cool art directors working for the record labels back in those days...just so you know, one of the tracks on side b) has a lot of noise going on at the beginning of it (mostly just 'PoPs' for the first 30 seconds or so...)
btw - @ harding: thanks for leaving comments! I appreciate it when folks take the time to drop a line...
Don't know the music - yet - but Rome is one of my favourite cities to visit. All the places you want to see you can walk to even if it means taking a break at a cafe for cappuccino or a pizza pie.

ReplyDeleteMay this music transport you there Bob DRake...just make sure to have a comfortable pair of shoes on while you're listening to it... ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Italian soundtrack composer doing something different. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe English labels call him Trovajoli but since there is on J in Italian I like to use Trovaioli.
I have not seem many Fellini movies, but that cover looks like it came from one.
Been to Rome as a lad. Hot and dirty was the comments I remember, and little boys could piss around the corner if you had to. ;')
